EFY!!!

so can i just say that my summer has be so totally amazingly GREAT! well it has! I havent been home like all summer which i kinda wish i would have had just a relaxing summer but......It has been GREAT! girls camp, trek, and now EFY wow! it has been a really great like....i guess you could say uplifting summer... ya well its been awesome.
well so.....aug 2-6 i went to EFY and i had the most amazing time! i met some awesome people and i went with my amazing cousin who i love so much. me and her can be apart for a whole year and when we see each other we can just talk and talk and talk about ANYTHING! its so great she is one of my best friends! For EFY i didnt do what most people do for EFY it wasnt go to BYU stay in dorms make so many girl friends and meet cute boys. it was get dropped off at the UVu institute building every morning at 8:45 go inside hang out with my friends that i have made, who by the way consisted of all boys except one and she was a really cool girl but i hung out with all guys they were the best. there was no drama of "oh i think this boy likes me" or " i like him so dont talk to him" it was like so chill and we talked about school and we covered each other in tree bark creating "Tree Man" out own EFY superhero :) it was just a really great time. the only thing was that the first dance because we hung out with the guys when a slow song came on i dont know why but it seemed like they would all like leave almost like lets go get girls so me and Ashley were kinda alone until they realized we were girls and came back...but i dont know i am not a guy so i dont know what was going on in their brains. i did have a guy dance with me on every slow dance but it was still weird waiting. but the last dance was great i had someone to dance with for every dance and it wasnt a weird awkward trying to find somone to come ask me it was different it was so amazing! but ya it went from 9 to 9 every day mon-fri and it was really great i dont know if i would have rather been in dorms or not because the dorms help you get closer with your roommates and the other girls but i wasnt really close with many of the girls and i was fine with that ;) haha :) the classes during the day were really good (well the ones i listened to were really good at least) the free time was also really fun, but i am not really sure why, we didnt do much we sat and talked about how we should do something but never did and then it was over and we said well well that was fun but really we didnt do anything but sit and talk and occasionally stand and talk and laugh. but i made some really good friends that i hope i can keep in touch with and hang out with again. i hung out with a couple of my friends at 7 peaks the monday we got back which was really fun so i hope we can do something like that again.
i will post picutres later when i have time to make a slide show and such. but i recommend efy to anyone and everyone its so amazing!
